Wealth managers / financial advisors (CGP / CIF)

AML/CFT compliance for wealth advisory, unified at last.

You often hold several statuses and answer to several supervisors. Vigilae brings your due diligence files together into one clear journey: identification, beneficial owners, rating, screening and evidence — whatever the status involved.

  • A unified due diligence file, from the first meeting to the sealed evidence
  • Beneficial owners and ownership chains reconstructed (companies, holding structures)
  • Sanctions, asset-freeze and PEP screening — before onboarding, then on an ongoing basis

The film

Vigilae, in 55 seconds.

From a scattered file to a sealed registry: the AI perceives, the engine classifies, you decide, the evidence is sealed.

Your reality

Several hats, one single evidence requirement.

Overlapping statuses

CIF, IAS, IOBSP: similar obligations but distinct supervisors. It is hard to maintain consistent, traceable due diligence across all of them.

Structures to untangle

Property holding companies, holding structures, dismemberments: tracing back to the beneficial owner by hand is slow and error-prone.

Scattered evidence

Documents in emails, undated screening, gut-feeling rating. On inspection day, everything must be reconstructable.

The Vigilae answer

A guided journey, an auditable rating, sealed evidence.

The AI perceives

Reading the documents

ID, company registration extract, articles of association, source of funds: extracted and structured. You validate what the AI proposes.

The engine classifies

Risk & screening

Deterministic rating (low / standard / enhanced) and screening against sanctions, asset freezes and PEPs — replayable and dated.

The human decides

You stay in control

Onboarding, enhanced due diligence, suspicion: your decisions, your report.

The evidence is ready

Presentable file

Time-stamped registry + PDF evidence file in your name, ready for the AMF or the ACPR.

Your supervisor

Vigilae respects your supervisory framework.

As a financial investment advisor (CIF), your AML/CFT supervisor is the AMF. As an insurance intermediary (IAS), it is the ACPR. ORIAS is a registration register, not a supervisory authority. Vigilae unifies operational due diligence without ever standing in for the competent authority.

Ref. art. L.561-36 CMF (supervisory authorities).

Vigilae adapts to your profession's framework but never stands in for the competent supervisor, your analysis or your decision.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our clear answers.

Does Vigilae handle my different statuses in one place?

Yes. You open a due diligence file per client or transaction; Vigilae structures identification, beneficial owners, rating and screening regardless of status, and retains the evidence consistently.

How are ownership chains reconstructed?

The AI reads the documents (company registration extract, articles of association) and proposes the ownership chain up to the beneficial owners (more than 25% under current law; 25% or more from 10 July 2027 under the AMLR). You validate the result.

Does the suspicious transaction report remain my act?

Always. Vigilae pre-drafts and prepares the ERMES export; you decide and submit. The existence of a report is never disclosed to the client (art. L.561-18 CMF).
