The Vigilae journey

From onboarding to a sealed file, in six steps.

A clear, reproducible, documented method. At each step, an AI copilot prepares the ground; at each decision, you are the one who validates. In the end, everything is sealed in a time-stamped registry, ready to present.

  • A due diligence file per client or per transaction
  • A deterministic, auditable risk rating — rules, not hunches
  • A white-label PDF evidence file, ready for inspection

The walkthrough

Six steps, one common thread: you stay in control.

Vigilae replaces neither your judgement nor your responsibility: it prepares, structures and documents so that you decide quickly and well.

1

Onboarding

You open the file. Vigilae structures the identification of the client and, where applicable, the beneficial owners. Identification always precedes verification, as the framework requires.

Ref. art. L.561-5 CMF.
2

Documents & extraction

You upload the documents (ID, company registration extract, articles of association, proof of source of funds). The AI reads them, extracts the relevant information and flags what is missing. You keep control over every piece of data retained.

3

Beneficial owners & risk

Vigilae reconstructs the ownership chain, identifies the beneficial owners and proposes a risk rating (low / standard / enhanced) following a deterministic, auditable logic.

4

Screening

Screening against sanctions, asset freezes and PEPs, before the transaction, then ongoing re-screening throughout the relationship. Every alert is surfaced to you for decision.

5

Decision (human)

You decide: onboard the client, apply enhanced due diligence, or prepare a suspicious transaction report. Vigilae pre-drafts the report and prepares the export in the FIU's ERMES format — submission remains your act.

6

Evidence

The file is sealed: an SHA-256 time-stamped registry and a white-label PDF evidence file. Your due diligence is documented and easy to present in the event of an inspection.

Vigilae prepares the export in ERMES format; submission to the FIU remains the reporter's act. The tool never reports on your behalf and discloses no report to the client (art. L.561-18 CMF).

You remain the decision-maker

The AI prepares, the engine classifies, you decide. The decision and the report remain your acts.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our clear answers.

How long does it take to process a file?

A few minutes for a simple file: document extraction and screening are assisted, and the rating is proposed automatically. You keep the time to decide, which is yours alone.

Does Vigilae decide for me?

No. The AI perceives and prepares, the deterministic engine classifies, but the decision to onboard, to step up due diligence or to report remains entirely yours.

What does the evidence file contain?

A clear, complete PDF in your name (white label): identification, beneficial owners, rating factors, screening, time-stamped traceability and conclusion. Ready to archive or present.

Vigilae assists the professional with their AML/CFT obligations. The tool perceives, structures, screens and documents; the professional remains the sole decision-maker and the sole party reporting to the FIU.
