4. Nature of the service

Vigilae is software that supports compliance with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) obligations, intended for non-banking regulated professions (wealth-management advisers, estate agents, property dealers, notaries, chartered accountants, domiciliation companies, network heads).

Vigilae supports the professional in their AML/CFT obligations: the tool captures, structures, screens and traces. The regulated professional remains the sole decision-maker and the sole party filing reports with the FIU. Vigilae does not replace the professional's analysis or decision, and no tool can guarantee full compliance or the absence of sanctions.

All the elements of the website and the service (the "Vigilae" trademark, logo, texts, interfaces, code, rating engine, copilot names, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
